We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s passionate about great food, strong systems, and genuine hospitality. This role supports our Chef and Management Team in maintaining high standards in food ops, team development, and guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily kitchen & service operations

• Help lead & train FOH/BOH teams

• Ensure quality, consistency & guest satisfaction

• Contribute to purchasing, cost control & scheduling

• Bring energy, creativity & leadership every shift
