Description:
We are seeking experienced, passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to work under our BCBA across group homes and in-home settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while growing professionally in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental and behavioral challenges.
- A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and therapeutic interventions.
- Proficiency in CentralReach a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to followed detailed instructions and implement behavior plans with fidelity. Physical ability to implement safety procedures and engage in active therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors and profess using CentralReach.
- Convert sessions in CentralReach promptly after each session, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Engage with clients professionally, building rapport and maintaining a positive therapeutic environment.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions following ABA principles and methodolgies.
- Monitor client progress and report observations to supervising BCBAs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and always adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
