Responsibilities
- Negotiate and Manage Benefits Plans Partner with third-party providers and insurers to renew existing benefits and secure new agreements on behalf of our clients.
- Enable clients to compare and select from multiple providers, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
- Build and Expand a Network of Local Brokers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brokers to ensure regional expertise and compliance.
- Collaborate with local brokers to tailor benefits to country-specific regulations and employee needs.
- Customize and Launch Benefits Packages Globally
- Design and implement custom benefits plans that align with client needs and budget.
- Oversee the launch of benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Adapt benefits offerings to meet regional expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Compliance and Market Adaptation
- Stay updated on country-specific compliance regulations related to employee benefits.
- Ensure all negotiated plans adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits negotiations and selection.
- Provide guidance to clients, helping them navigate international benefits landscapes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Benefits Broker, Insurance Broker, or Benefits Consultant with a focus on international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in dealing with insurance providers, third-party benefits companies, and local brokers.
- Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of trusted local brokers across multiple countries.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
