Mercy Hospital Jefferson is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join its established and thriving urology team located in Festus, Missouri, just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice in a busy, well-equipped hospital setting while collaborating with an experienced care team.

The Urology Clinic currently includes one experienced physician and one advanced practitioner who work together to deliver comprehensive urologic care. The incoming physician will benefit from an extensive referral network and a supportive environment focused on excellence in patient outcomes.

Mercy Hospital Jefferson is a 251-bed acute care facility, providing 24-hour emergency services and a full spectrum of diagnostic, preventive, and restorative healthcare to the greater St. Louis region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic disorders.

• Manage both bread-and-butter urology cases and more complex surgical procedures.

• Utilize advanced robotic technology, including the Da Vinci Surgical System, for minimally invasive surgeries.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of advanced practitioners, nurses, technologists, and anesthesiologists.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic EMR.

• Participate in hospital committees and support the mission and values of Mercy Health.

• Provide exceptional patient care while promoting education, preventive medicine, and patient-centered outcomes.

• 2-year income guarantee of USD 625,000 annually plus a USD 50,000 sign-on bonus.
