Description:

The Love No Ego Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to making meaningful impact, is seeking a Vice Chair for its Board of Directors. This part-time volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about making an impact, living with purpose, and committed to actively supporting the foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Chair:

• Act as a sounding board and advisor to the Chair.

• Assist in planning board meetings and agendas.

• Help delegate tasks to maintain a balanced workload for the Chair.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among board members.

1. Assuming the Chair's Role:

• Chair board meetings in the Chair’s absence.

• Execute official documents and attend official functions as needed.

• Potentially serve as Chair-Elect or Chair-in-Waiting to prepare for future leadership.

1. Additional Duties:

• Serve on assigned committees.

• Contribute to board member training and development initiatives.

• Ensure effective board governance and operations.

• Manage conflict of interest matters.

• Oversee formal assessments of board functions.

• Help plan board and team events such as outings, meetings, trainings, and retreats.
