💼 What You'll Do:
As a key member of our branch team, you'll deliver a best-in-class client experience by:
Building and retaining meaningful client relationships
Providing expert guidance on financial products and lending solutions
Connecting clients with the right partners — Mortgage, Business Banking, and Financial Consultants
Engaging in discovery-based conversations that lead to real financial solutions
Participating in more complex banking conversations and investment interactions

💰 Pay Range: $19.13 – $28.69/hour (based on experience)
🕐 Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

🎯 You're a Great Fit If You Have:
4–5 years of customer service & sales experience (financial services preferred)
Life & Health Insurance License (already licensed? You're ahead of the game!)
NMLS registration (or willingness to obtain)
A drive to earn your SIE, Series 6, and Series 63/66 licenses (supported pathway provided!)
Experience with digital banking tools and self-service technology
A passion for mentoring others and growing within a team
