Description:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Launch Specialist to align our brand identity across all customer touchpoints while driving impactful New Collection launches every two weeks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful campaigns that maximize organic reach, leveraging storytelling, social media, and influencer partnerships to elevate our brand and drive meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Alignment
- Define and reinforce our brand identity across all channels, including typography, packaging, messaging, customer communications, and collection designs.
- Collaborate with team members, such as the Social Media Specialist and Ads Specialist, to maintain consistency in brand representation.
Collection Launches
- Develop and execute impactful campaigns for bi-weekly New Collection launches and restocks.
- Communicate compelling narratives behind each collection to resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with the Social Media, Ads, and Email Marketing Specialists to ensure cohesive multi-channel promotion.
Influencer Marketing
- Pair New Collection launches with targeted influencer campaigns.
- Select influencers whose audiences align with our brand and demographics.
- Foster partnerships with complementary brands for exclusive collaborations.
Objectives
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints, from packaging to social media.
- Audience Engagement: Create systems that build emotional and meaningful connections with our audience.
- Campaign Success: Develop and execute cross-channel strategies that amplify the impact of New Collection launches.
- Market Positioning: Work with specialists to strategically position our brand to appeal to our demographic.
- Growth Initiatives: Expand brand awareness through influencer partnerships and collaborations, driving both customer loyalty and new customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in branding or launch management, ideally in the women’s fashion industry.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced, frequent launches (e.g., bi-weekly collection releases).
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing with case studies or examples of successful campaigns.
- Data and analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Proficiency in graphic design and a passion for women’s fashion are highly desirable.
