Bsa Manager

Description:

A Credit Union based in North Carolina is looking to bring on a new BSA Manager to their team. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this position would be tasked with leading the firms Financial Crimes program.

Responsibilities

• Continue with the development and implementation of the BSA/AML program.
• Creating and updating Financial Crimes Compliance policies and procedures.
• Reviewing daily monitoring reports for the firms BSA/AML function.
• Assisting in the development of Compliance trainings for the firm.
• Work alongside other members of the compliance team to handle ad-hoc Compliance projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within the Credit Union/Banking Compliance space.
• Prior experience supervising/managing a team.
• Familiarity with financial crimes compliance rules and regulations as well as prior experience with NCUA regulated firms.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
