Business Analyst

Description:

More of techno functional role.

• Engage with Business Stakeholder, PO and Technical Team to gather, analyse and document requirement

• Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain prioritized product backlog in Jira

• Work closely with Scrum teams to refine and groom User Stories for upcoming Sprints

• Acts bridge between business and technical team, ensuring understanding and alignment

• Participate in Sprint Ceremonies: planning, refinement, standup, review and retrospective

• Support testing team activities by validating acceptance criteria, coordinating with UAT

• Analyse and document current state and future state business processes, workflow and system interaction

• Support PO in roadmap planning, feature prioritization and release

• Ensure traceability from business needs to final solution delivery

• Manage stakeholder expectation

• Experience working in TMF standards

• Experience working in modernization initiatives

• Knowledge of telecom business processes, such as order Management, billing, provisioning etc is added advantage
