Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development:
   Leverage exceptional sales skills to acquire new healthcare clients and job orders.

2. Candidate Recruitment:
   Use Jobot’s proprietary ATS and tech stack, including JAX, to source top candidates for open positions in healthcare, including locum tenens roles.

3. Client and Candidate Engagement:
   Lead all interactions with professionalism, kindness, and respect while maintaining quality placement outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a high-performing agency recruiter (Top 10% performer).

  • Proven success placing doctors and nurses in locum tenens or permanent roles is strongly preferred.

  • Track record of exceeding performance metrics, with supporting accolades or awards.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if qualified by experience.

  Highly competitive compensation with base salary + bonus + commission (earning potential up to $600,000 annually)
