Moody's Corporation is hiring a Business Analyst – AI Workforce Enablement to be part of its strategic AI Enablement team, which is focused on embedding agentic AI technologies into business operations to drive workflow automation, efficiency, and innovation. This high-impact role will support Moody’s transition toward digital coworkers by advising on business process re-engineering, optimizing operational flows, and providing technical guidance in collaboration with leadership and product teams.

The ideal candidate will act as a consultant and advisor to executive leadership, translating complex business needs into actionable AI solutions. They will use Moody’s proprietary frameworks and tools to identify and implement high-value automation opportunities across departments. This position is central to Moody’s digital transformation strategy and will help shape how work is executed in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operationalize Moody’s frameworks for agentic AI deployment across business units.

• Identify and assess automation opportunities and support their integration into existing workflows.

• Serve as liaison between technical and business teams by translating business requirements into implementable technical specifications.

• Advise executive leadership on strategies for adopting generative and agentic AI across functional areas.

• Act as a consultant on reengineering business processes with AI technologies.

• Share success stories and insights to refine enablement strategies and drive cultural adoption of AI.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Deep understanding of generative and agentic AI systems and their business applications.

• Proven experience working on AI transformation projects, ideally within large enterprise environments.

• Strong communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical ideas in business terms.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to advise C-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Familiarity with agile project methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle in AI implementation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $169,800 – $246,150/year
