Business Analyst

Description:

Red Ventures is offering the 2026 Launch Program for aspiring Business Analysts, designed to onboard graduates into full-time roles with cohort-style training. Participants will gain in-depth exposure to Red Ventures’ culture, business model, leadership practices, and functional areas such as SEO, Customer Experience, Paid Media, and Business Operations. During the program, analysts will be trained to translate complex business problems into measurable projects, leverage data to drive actionable insights, and implement solutions that have real impact from day one.

After onboarding, participants will join a team under a manager and mentor, gaining opportunities to influence business decisions, optimize processes, and quickly advance their career. This is a true full-time role, not a temporary training position, providing ongoing learning and development for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.

• Bridge the gap between large datasets and actionable business solutions.

• Translate complex business challenges into measurable projects with real-world impact.

• Manipulate large datasets using data processing tools and analytical techniques.

• Leverage proprietary technology to discover trends and relationships in data.

• Analyze the impact of experiments and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Own processes and workstreams, identifying technology-driven solutions to business problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business, data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or related fields.

• Graduation in Summer 2026, with start date in the August 2026 cohort.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Ability to collect, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Foundational analytics toolkit (SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).

• Grit, adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to learn.

• Team player with strong business acumen and a sense of humor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with machine learning, statistical modeling, or optimization (R, Python).

• Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
