We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in banking product domains, business process analysis, and Agile project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in banking product domains.
Hands-on SQL skills and database knowledge.
Experience creating user stories, workflows, business rules, and use cases.
Understanding of system design and multi-tier platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical and operational requirements.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
