Business Analyst Investigations Unit

Description:

· Ten (10) years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role

· Three (3) years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst on Agile project/product teams

· Experience leading the business analysis for the implementation of Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.

· Experience guiding stakeholders with workflow redesign to align with the implementation of new solutions and COTS specifications.

· Experience with data migration efforts, performing data mapping activities, and working with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sql.

· Experience with backlog management, story writing, and story refinement.

· Experience working with Agile work management tools such as JIRA.

· Leadership, mentoring and coaching skills for IT professionals.

· Experience performing, and advanced knowledge of, Quality Assurance and Project Management activities.

· Scrum master experience.

· Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent)
