Business Consultant

Description:

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Consultant to help translate complex business needs into application software requirements. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to effectively interpret risk adjustment data and KPIs. You will be responsible for leading teams, designing solutions, and analyzing business needs to determine optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to lower-level consultants in analyzing business needs.

• Determine application software requirements for complex business needs.

• Lead teams of analysts on high-priority projects with significant impact on the organization.

• Analyze and design solutions for complex business requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS required.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business analysis, including 3 years as a Business Consultant, with project management skills.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicaid, Risk Adjustment Payment Methodology, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Technical Skills: Experience with Business Intelligence software like Tableau, Power BI, and relational databases such as SQL, SAS, and Teradata.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $96,480 to $173,664 per year, based on experience, geographic location, and skill level.

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week)
