Business Controller

Description:

As business controller you have a passion for figures and analysis with a focus on improvements in automation. You will also be responsible for specific projects, such as ERP implementation. You are willing to travel frequently to USA (mainly Florida and LA) and Canada (Toronto).
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

• Monthly support in closing processes
• Supervising day-to-day finance operations
• Management reporting (P&L report, variance-analysis, customers margin)
• Preparation of the budget
• Responsible for inventory management and follow up on production and warehouse efficiencies
• Back-up credit management, supervise collection management
• First point of contact for external advisors like auditor and tax advisors;
• Preparation of SAP ERP implementation;
• Implement group best practices in the finance department

Profile

• Appropriate master degree or similar education
• Min. 5 years of experience in business controlling
• Good knowledge of accounting and SAP
• You are a good communicator in Dutch and English mostly working together with internal stakeholders
• You are able to refine structures
• Willingness to travel
• You are an inventive teamplayer with proactive and open-minded attitude
