Description:
This role is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in new business acquisition, client services, or business development, particularly within a brand design or creative agency environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping the agency grow its client base and maintain strong, productive relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Business Development & Client Engagement: Proven track record in driving new business efforts, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of a brand design or creative agency.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial. The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage complex timelines is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong business writing capabilities and research proficiency are vital to draft persuasive proposals, compelling presentations, and insightful briefs.
Proactivity & Initiative: The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating needs and delivering results with minimal supervision.
Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting ideas to internal stakeholders and prospective clients. Ability to engage and communicate effectively during meetings and pitch sessions.
Proposal & Pitch Development: Hands-on experience in preparing RFPs, developing pitch decks, and crafting client-facing presentations. Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools is preferred for visual storytelling and impactful delivery.
