The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-sized clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing and solutions space.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR leaders.
- Present company capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development targets.
- Maintain an updated pipeline and report activities and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
