Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage trusted relationships with finance and accounting executives at large companies
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Partner with internal teams to align client needs with talent and service solutions
• Participate in a robust sales and leadership development program
• Lead or support client meetings, needs assessments, and resource deployment efforts
• Help facilitate performance conversations, ensure client satisfaction, and support consultant success
• Contribute to recruiting, mentoring, and internal market initiatives
• Attend business development events, client dinners, and networking engagements regularly

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a Big 4 or national/regional accounting, consulting, or advisory firm (e.g., Grant Thornton, RSM, BDO, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Genuine interest in business development and leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for occasional national trainings/meetings
