Description:
The Business Development Admin will provide comprehensive white-glove administrative support to the Senior Leadership of Authentic Business Development team. To be successful in the role, you should have exceptional intellectual capability and resourcefulness, with excellent communication skills. You should also be professional, responsive and above all service driven. You should have an organizational flair, as well as a strong eye for detail.
What you'll be working on
- Proactively manage and coordinate BD Leaders calendar schedules.
- Coordinate all travel, domestically and internationally for BD Leaders, including assisting with obtaining passports and visas.
- Manage and schedule all global meetings, leadership meetings on-site and off-site including, phone and onsite interview management
- Assist with preparing presentations for a variety of events
- Compile data, research material and assist in coordinating activities for the executive staff.
- Acquire necessary signatures and process invoices
- Liaison and coordinate for VIP guests, clients and customers to ensure their experience is stellar.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative duties
- Ad Hoc duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative or Marketing
- 1-3 years' experience supporting Sales, Marketing or Lifestyle Leadership in the Lifestyle, Entertainment, or Media Industry. (preferably in a startup space)
- Ability to exercise independent judgement while handling multiple tasks.
- Must have the ability to partner with various functions and exercise a high level of care for the customer, internal team members, and people experiences
- Should have a continuous improvement mindset and strive improvements to processes, programs, and meetings.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Mail, Skype, Zoom
- High degree of initiative, follow-through and organizational skills.
