Description:

We are seeking a qualified, goal-focused, CSR / Business Development Assistant to join our firm. This is an essential position in our company and will play a significant role in customer service management with focus on client satisfaction and reverse logistics. This individual will be outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with customers and fellow peers.
Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls for necessary action, feed contact into toe manager for BD follow-up
  • Master the understanding of complex customer programs and requirements
  • Gain insight into the customer's organization, processes, and needs to better serve the customer
  • Be a champion at resolving customer complaints
  • React proactively to idle issues impacting Business Development initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with sales prepresenations and marketing materials
  • Track orders and shipments
  • Collaborate with Operations, by acting as the customer advocate
  • Manage and arrange domestic and international shipments
  • Manage the reception area, greet and welcome visitors
  • Assist with administrative management, supplies inventory and storage as directed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Effective use of informational systems (ERP, MS Word/Excel)
  • Proven communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A team supporting attitude
  • Self-driven and self-motivated to strive for excellence
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
