Business Development Analyst

Are you someone who excels in overseeing activities relating to business relationship management and consensus building? If so, this opportunity is for you! In this role you will assist the Business Development Specialist and Marketing/Business Development Director in maintaining the customer base and increase profitability for multiple Enbridge GTM assets in the Southeast region.

Here’s what you will do:

• Assist the team with tasks supporting the development and execution of the commercial strategy for all of Enbridge GTM’s assets in the Southeast region.

• Assist small revenue customer with non-complex business needs as they utilize contracted services from each of SE pipelines.

• Troubleshoot basic and straightforward customer operational and contractual concerns and helps to ensures that customers receive timely resolution of all discrepancies involving pipeline services.

• Support the team with updates to customer EBD’s and how gas flows, projects etc. to ensure the team maintains working knowledge of commercial operations, customer, and competitive landscape for Enbridge’s Southeast markets.

• Assist with the preparation of reports and requested analysis related to existing and growth markets for business development and marketing.

• Responsible for maintaining our record retention for all contracts and joint ventures agreements in alignment with governance.

• Represent Enbridge at industry functions and attends customer meetings.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work related to Enbridge commercial activities. Performs other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned.

Who you are:

• You have:

  • Related University degree and limited previous experience OR senior level administrator with five or more years of experience.

  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.

  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel user.
