Description:
Work closely with executive management to support TrueChoice’s business development efforts in addition to marketing and communication. Primary duties are supporting the product and new business development group in maintaining and developing new client relationships as well as providing strategic support to client delivery. The position’s responsibilities include researching new application opportunities and, if pursued, supporting program design, development, and implementation activities. The role is also responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the TrueChoice’s marketing and branding programs, collateral materials, and website.
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Strong client management experience, being well organized, a good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and can thrive under pressure.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Prepare presentations, and pitch materials in connection with business development opportunities.
- Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies.
- Perform complex analysis to identify business requirements, priorities, and recommendations.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required.
Marketing
- Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communications.
- Manage relationship with marketing communications consultant. Review and edit all marketing materials to ensure accurate branding and industry image.
- Represent the TrueChoice in industry networking and professional associations. Participate in industry and trade show events to develop client relationships and industry presence.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing (Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Interest or experience in strategy consulting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
