Bizmoni Corp. is an AI-driven FinTech startup, operating fully remotely with a decentralized team spread across over 20 countries. The company is focused on revolutionizing global financial management and creating an inclusive, dynamic culture. As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth within the FinTech and Edutech sectors. This role involves identifying and cultivating partnerships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and industry leaders to strengthen Bizmoni’s ecosystem of products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the financial services and Bizmoni ecosystem.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with company strategies.
Conducting market research to spot trends and opportunities.
Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
Managing and tracking business development initiatives and performance metrics.
Participating in industry events and networking to promote the company.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. You will be expected to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. A strong background in the FinTech landscape and the ability to build long-term partnerships are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of business development or partnerships experience, preferably in financial services.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with FinTech, EduTech, or E-commerce products and services.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred.
Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
