Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound phone calls from car-buying clients
- Receiving inquiries from customers sent over from the Internet
- Placing outbound phone calls to clients
- Sending text messages to clients through the CRM software Vinsolutions
- Sending emails to clients through CRM software Vinsolutions
- Identifying the client's need to test drive stock vehicles, confirm the vehicle’s availability, and set appointments for clients to come to the showroom.
However, a BDC Representative doesn’t have to assist the customers in person when they arrive at the showroom
- Contacting clients before the appointment to confirm
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Can work in the United States of America
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to take good note
- Be a good team player
- Be trainable
