General Job Duties:

• Actively seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with relevant organizations.
• Present/introduce Zone24x7 to potential clients.
• High-Level understanding of software solutions and enthusiasm to learn and sell new technology solutions.
• Identify clients’ needs, and suggest appropriate products/services and customizations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

• Work effectively and efficiently with internal business development and leadership teams.
• Achieve the KPIs the management sets based on a well-defined business plan.
• Responsible for account management, payment collection follow-up, and reporting.

About you:

• Minimum of 05 years of experience.
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
• Sociable personality, confident speaking with contacts at all levels, and able to make great first impressions.
• Proven solutions sales experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets/KPIs.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
