Business Development Lead

 

Description:

We are looking to hire a Business Development Lead to unlock new opportunities with brands and develop relationships that will promote ongoing business. The primary focus will be to build celebrity campaign partnerships. This role is perfect for a seasoned individual with a strong network of brands and agencies, or a rising star with hustle, curiosity, and closing instincts.

 

You will lead outbound efforts, pitch potential clients, and shape proposals and programs from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with our internal team to bring celebrity-led campaigns to life with authenticity, efficiency, and cultural relevance.

 

We are considering a full-time hire or consultant. What matters most is your ability to create momentum, spark conversations, and turn opportunity into action with brands and agencies.

 

What You Bring

• A passion for celebrity, pop culture, music, sports, TV/film, and digital trends

• A proven ability to generate and close new business

• Experience interacting with celebrities, influencers, agencies, and brand marketers

• Proven successes of being proactive, creative and collaborative

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and lead your own lane

• Relationships with brands and their agencies that will take your call

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• 5–10+ years of experience

 

What You Will Do

Business Development

• Identify and pursue brand and agency opportunities that align with TPA’s services

• Build and maintain a pipeline of marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies

• Lead intro meetings to brands, pitch TPA, and manage follow-up through to close

• Shape talent strategies and proposals for prospective brand clients

• Draft and review scopes and offer letters in collaboration with internal teams

 

Celebrity & Campaign Support

• Participate in celebrity ideation and casting alongside our team for your brand clients

• Support the talent vetting, outreach, and relationship-building with internal reps

• Monitor campaign logistics, creative feedback loops, and approvals

• Serve as liaison between brand, agency, talent team, and TPA staff

• Attend your clients events, service days, and presentations as needed
