About the team:
Global Gaming Content is the vertical that aligns the Strategy, Business Development, Partner Management, and Program Management functions to articulate and execute TikTok's Global Gaming strategy in close partnership with regional and local teams in all markets. The Business Development Lead will oversee this function, synthesizing the overarching Gaming vertical strategy into actionable partnerships that secure differentiated access to content, IP, product integrations, and commercial outcomes. The role will not only require management of the BD team but also engagement and alignment of the team within the Global Gaming vertical and with local and regional TikTok teams in a number of markets to ensure optimal outcomes globally, while ensuring differentiated local market execution. At its core, the role focuses on managing the function that sources, negotiates, and closes identified partnerships predicated on budgets identified and aligned with the Global Head of Gaming Content.
