The Registry Relationship Manager should demonstrate a deep understanding of carbon market and other commodity markets in this highly specialist role and ability to collaborate across senior stakeholders. The Registry Relationship Manager will partner effectively across CI, while developing effective external partnerships and networks. This senior role will also help draft and implement commercial strategy for environment solutions, help develop an effective commercial model, GTM and region-specific growth plans.

Responsibilities:
Perform against defined metrics of new business growth) as well as managing existing relationships through:
Onboard clients, review accounts and drive usage through close monitoring of utilization statistics, account planning and client engagements.
Negotiate and contract with new country registries and the meta clients, while delivering against commercial objectives and ROI
Lead business development through senior engagements with key regional entities by effectively positioning Environmental Solutions existing products (Registry, Registry as a Service and Meta Registry), as well as new product initiatives.
Learn and understand customers’ workflows, existing and evolving informational needs, monitor market trends and competitive landscape, while gathering and sharing thoughtful VOC with key internal stakeholders
The position will enable delivery of strategic objectives including ACV growth, retention, penetration into relevant market structures, while embedding CI’s solutions and product offering into key workflows.
Conduct research to identify current and future trends in (REGION)
Articulate value proposition of our Registry offering and unlock value for existing and potential customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in sales and carbon markets preferred
Proven track record of delivering solid commercial results, execution of strategic projects
Demonstrating an understanding of Registry role in the Carbon market
Previous experience in interacting with government agencies participating in formal government tender processes is an advantage
Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to engage with most senior stakeholders internally and externally
Prior experience in selling software is an advantage
Display strong leadership skills alongside ability to solve complex business problems;
Strategic and analytical mind set with strong interpersonal skills, drive and gravitas
