Our client is a world-class, boutique search firm specializing in GTM hires within the tech space. Their unique, data and process driven approach has positioned them as a valuable partner to data/AI/ML companies and VC firms. They are a small, but mighty team of 5 who pride themselves on being good people. Our client offers health, dental and vision insurance.

About the Role

In this role, you will primarily focus on bringing in net new accounts and expanding the client base - mainly handling retained and contingent mid-level to executive searches.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and obtain new business for new GTM roles in the tech space
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and document sales strategies and playbooks
  • Work towards crushing goals and continued development
  • Provide thought leadership by staying informed with latest industry trends and emerging tech
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and boost efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Must enjoy the start-up lifestyle and be drawn to building from the ground up
  • Ability to run valuable and consultative meetings with executive level clients
  • Proven track record of billings of $500k+
  • Experience with executive and mid-level searches on retained and contingent terms
  • Be well versed in the tech scene, especially with Go-to-Market (GTM)
  • Ability to work US EST business hours
  • Must be a US citizen
