Description:

Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 4-7 yrs of experience, preferably with cosmetic products. Candidates should have a good knowledge of B2B sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Positive attitude - confident/ self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills: English/ Hindi
  • Must be computer/ internet savvy
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
  • Handing over the Sales team with qualified leads to attaining closure targets.
  • Manage/train a team of Business Development Executives
  • Suggesting & implementing new lead generation methods
  • Following-up on leads
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Skills & Qualifications:

· 1. Should have experience in the B2B lead generation

· 2. Should have Selling experience of Products/ Services

· 3. Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.

· 4. Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.

· 5. Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools

· 6. Proven track record of sale success
