At Healing H.E.R.O.S., we help healthcare practices grow their business by providing strategic outbound marketing and appointment-setting services. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in expanding our clients’ patient base and business reach.

While you will be employed by Healing H.E.R.O.S., you will be assigned to one of our clients and will act on their behalf to develop new business opportunities. This means that while you are part of our team, you will be representing a client in the field, building relationships, and executing growth strategies tailored to their specific needs.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

🔹 Prospect & Generate Leads:

  • Identify and reach out to potential healthcare partners, including podiatrists, wound care centers, nursing homes, and other medical facilities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

🔹 Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations (via Zoom and occasional in-person meetings) to introduce our services and explain how we help medical practices grow.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and office managers, positioning our company as a valuable partner.
  • Handle objections effectively and tailor solutions based on each prospect’s needs.

🔹 Follow-Up & Deal Closing:

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and check-ins.
  • Move prospects through the sales cycle from cold lead to closed partnership while tracking progress in our CRM system.
  • Negotiate and finalize service agreements to onboard new clients.

🔹 Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach efforts, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends, objections, and customer needs to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
