Point Road Group is currently seeking a Business Development Manager. This newly created, part-time position (to start) will be critical to driving revenue. You’ll design and execute the strategy to build a strong pipeline. This means conducting research and outreach to prospects, networking to build visibility and referral relationships, as well as cultivating relationships with C-level executives.
You’ll be the perfect addition to our team if you love networking, have experience building executive-level relationships, have worked in professional services and thrive finding creative ways to drive sales. It's a great opportunity if you're excited by our growth and want a flexible schedule.
This role will start with a declining salary for 3 months and become 100% commission-based, with compensation for every deal you close and bonuses for incremental success. There is potential for the role to become full-time, salary + commission, based on initial performance.
