What The Day Will Look Like

You will work directly with a Top Producer in our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will also be responsible for the following:
 

• Assist in identification and development of new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
• Support AE and production team in tactical new business pipeline management.
• Lead PIT sales meetings that promote team collaboration on opportunities.
• Establish and oversee Pittsburgh’s strategic business development plan.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate/attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote Aon within the Pittsburgh market.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of presentations on Aon products and services.
• Track and report on PIT business development activities and outcomes.
• Attend and represent PIT at RSD meetings along with PIT Leadership.
• Co-lead & report on regional sales initiatives as they roll out.
