Business Development Representative

This position requires someone who has the ability to multitask and prioritize as the position has many diverse responsibilities. Prior sales support is required as you will interact with the sales team daily and need an understanding of sales processes. You will need to be a quick study and not afraid to learn from hands-on training and also needs to have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain and assign leads to the sales team including prospecting for new leads.
  • Manage the flow of incoming leads.
  • Create and maintain sales reports.
  • Analyze lead data, conversion rates, cost of leads, etc.
  • Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.
