Job Description

• Follow up on inbound Marketing leads generated through various channels including but not limited to email, website, paid ads, events, webinars and content syndication to schedule high-impact meetings for the Sales Team
• Serve as website live chat agent to qualify new leads for the Sales Team
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Teams to research and perform outbound prospecting on target lists of accounts
• Provide feedback on quality of Marketing leads to improve future strategies and performance
• Add high quality contacts to Salesforce database through research efforts
• Maintain high Salesforce data quality in lead queues and task/meeting tracking
• Drive client and prospect attendance at tradeshow meetings, dinners, and webinars

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience
• Ideal for a candidate with an interest in building a career in B2B Sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Experience in Healthcare IT industry is preferred
