Business Development Salesperson

As a Business Development Salesperson, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships within government, emergency operations, and disaster relief organizations. Your boots-on-the-ground experience in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) and Basecamp Management will give you a unique edge in understanding our clients’ needs and delivering tailored solutions.

 

 

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting emergency management agencies, government entities, and disaster recovery contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in disaster response and logistics
  • Leverage your experience in emergency response, basecamp setup, and EOC coordination to consult and connect with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to deployment
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, expos, and field operations
  • Maintain Business Development documentation, track leads, and provide regular sales reporting

 

 

 

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in disaster recovery, emergency logistics, or related fields
  • Direct experience with Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), FEMA, or military response units
  • Strong understanding of basecamp operations, mobile logistics, and rapid deployment environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel, especially during emergency deployments
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for service and solutions
