Description:
The Business Development Specialist will provide case design support to Financial Advisors, Life Insurance Agents and other advisors that offer life insurance, long-term care, and disability insurance business to their clients. We are expanding our annuity footprint in the marketplace, and you will be expected to learn the products as we onboard our carrier partners.
They will create and identify sales opportunities through outbound calls to new prospects advisors and cultivate a relationship to earn their business. They will work closely with 80% of the existing Regis advisors and help to expand and deepen the relationship with our firm. The Business Development Specialist will help with general marketing which includes and is not limited to, social media posting, hosting virtual meetings and creating different marketing campaigns for the brokerage managers at Regis. They will help to manage the website and provide marketing materials to advisors. They will create and manage a monthly newsletter out to existing advisors.
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for collaborating and working with the new business team on any existing cases that may need to be adjusted or tweaked from a case design standpoint while the client is in underwriting. Finally, they will work with our carrier partners individually to provide updates on product and marketing on a monthly base for the entire Regis Team.
