Description:

We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Our sales structure is flexible, allowing team members to choose between a salary + commission plan or a contractor profit-sharing model, depending on their preferences and goals. This role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business, and managing accounts within the San Gabriel Valley.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and close sales
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to management

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (B2B is a must)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation for client visits (mileage reimbursed for employees)
  • Experience in account management or outside sales is a plus
