Pride Group is searching for a Client Relations Professional to join our elite team. This isn’t your average sales job – you’ll be working at the intersection of mega-events, concerts, film production, weddings, and more — helping clients bring unforgettable experiences to life with our best-in-class rental equipment, labor, and service solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with high-profile clients across construction, entertainment, and corporate sectors.
- Cultivate relationships with superintendents, event planners, production managers, project managers, venue operators, and decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle — from cold call to contract signature to post-sale support.
- Represent Pride Group at office visits, site visits, client meetings, and on-site activation.
- Be the face of a company known for quality, reliability, and white-glove service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–5+ years in sales, business development, or client relations — ideally in construction services, special events, or equipment rentals.
- Strong communication skills — confident, professional, persuasive.
- A self-starter who thrives under pressure and is relentlessly proactive.
- Well organized and Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and reporting performance KPI’s.
- You love cold calling, meeting new people, and winning trust quickly.
- Local to the Phoenix metro area with the willingness to dig into it.
- Bring ideas to the table.
