Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Direct to Organization (D2O) sales team. This is an individual contributor, outside B2B role selling Swift Fit services to organizations including corporations, associations, agencies, nonprofits and specialized retailers and tech companies. The Business Development Specialist will play a key role on the D2O Sales Team.
Our Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new business acquisition throughout the entire sales cycle from Targeting/Prospecting through Contract Closing and Account Management. This position reports to the Head of Business Development.

This is a hybrid role based in Austin and will require coming into Swift Fit HQ located in Downtown Austin at least 2-3 days a week for team meetings, as well as attending local events that may happen early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Some travel within Texas may be needed.
The Candidate
We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual with proven outside B2B sales experience who has regularly exceeded sales quotas. Experience selling services is a plus.
