THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING TO ADD TO THE TEAM:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering is strongly preferred, but we can consider additional very targeted experience in lieu of the degree
- 8+ years of lean implementation experience
- Six sigma green belt minimum, black belt is preferred
- Experience related to change management is critical, education in this area is a plus
- Deep knowledge of process (including office related) is critical
- Proven track record of success in developing, leading, executing and evangelizing both short and long term lean implementation is absolutely necessary
- Broad knowledge of techniques and approaches (e.g. 5S, kaizen, value stream process mapping, Six Sigma)
