Business General Instructor

The Business program strives to provide students with a high quality education. It is important that Business faculty stay current with today’s industry trends and workforce.
We are seeking instructors dedicated to excellence in teaching who desire to make a difference in the lives of our students. Teaching assignments will be located at the Riverland campus in Austin, MN. The instructor may be assigned to teach in a traditional classroom and lab format as well as online, hybrid and interactive television formats. Classes meet during daytime hours.
The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and college laboratory assistants in lab settings, demonstrate knowledge of and experience in assessment of student learning outcomes, participate in department meetings, curriculum development, and college-wide committees, and maintain ongoing professional development activities.

Education Requirement

• Master’s degree in business administration or business management; OR
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 27 graduate quarter/18 semester credits in business administration and/or business management.
