Business Messaging Specialist

Description:

Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Messaging Specialist to grow the WhatsApp Business Platform with strategic mid and large-sized clients across the US. The role requires a sales-savvy, solution-oriented professional skilled in driving revenue growth, customer success, and delivering tailored business solutions. This position involves cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, engineering, and business teams to enhance the business messaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and recommend solutions leveraging WhatsApp Business

• Drive strategic client plans to meet growth goals, including forecasting and risk mitigation

• Create and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technical functions

• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients transform their businesses using WhatsApp

• Collaborate with internal support and engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve product experience

• Develop scalable strategies and global best practice guides for product implementation and client success

• Collect and communicate client feedback to inform product improvements and innovation

• Some travel is expected

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development

• Proven ability to lead full sales cycles and manage cross-functional teams

• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior decision-makers

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or marketing technology performance measurement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in the messaging space
