POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Relationship Manager provides operational support for strategic distribution partners. Based in Des Moines or Hartford, the candidate will foster a strong partnership with Business Relationship Managers and distribution partners while working closely with internal teams to provide proactive operational support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, collaboration, strong relationship skills and have a drive to excel. Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing and resolving operations-related issues and serving as the point person for escalations
• Collaborates with internal partners to provide unified operational support, message coordination and issue resolution to assigned distribution groups
• Knowledgeable in the individual ways distribution partners do business while being able to help them understand and navigate our processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase distribution partner production and efficiencies
• Develop strong relationships and communication with key distribution relationships
• Identify and act on feedback and trends to enhance the overall client experience
• Provides support to other members of BRM team as needed
