Business Solutions Specialist

Description:

I'm seeking a Business Solutions Specialist for a full-time, hybrid/ remote position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. Interested candidates should have the following experience to be considered.
 

• 5+ years of Business analysis, writing and translating functional business requirements and designing business solutions in an advisory or consulting role.
• A solid technical background in order to communicate with both business and technical team members.
• Full life cycle implementation of a business or customer-facing platform, ideally Salesforce, Guidewire, SAP, Duck Creek or equivalent.
• Analyze systems and procedures, recognize where inefficiencies exist and create solutions for improvement.
• Financial Services or Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
