📢Join Our client as a Business Systems Analyst in South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) (On W2)

Client is looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team and ensure maximum system uptime for our Order Management (OM) team and customers, while leading digital projects to delight our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent first and second-level (escalations) systems support for internal and external users managing orders, reverse logistics, and customer care.
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with the team, partners, and vendors to optimize the Order Management systems, including SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Hybris, Value Track, EDI/B2B layer, and Medallia.
Lead and/or participate in system upgrades, user improvements, technical enhancements, or launch readiness projects.
Facilitate efforts to optimize master data, gather audit information, and fulfill reporting requests.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize business process and system needs across the team, prioritizing and communicating these needs to partners/vendors.
Solve ambiguous situations using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lead digital projects to explore new ways to use technology, delight end-users, and reimagine the customer, employee, and patient experience.
Communicate the current status of system issues and projects, including timing, prioritization, testing, resource needs, training requirements, and process impacts.

Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4+ years of related work experience in business process analysis, systems development, or IT project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
Proficiency in the sales portion of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module or other ERP systems, with 2-3 years of SAP SD or order-to-cash experience.
Additional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Value Track, EDI/B2B is a plus.
Strong teamwork and customer service orientation, with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex business and analytical findings to various organizational levels.
