Business Systems Analyst

Description:

ObjectWin Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract role supporting Edwards Life Sciences, a leading medical technology company. This remote position requires candidates to work during Pacific Time (PST) hours. The role focuses on analyzing, implementing, and supporting complex HR systems and processes, particularly relating to global onboarding and offboarding initiatives and TA Operations projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.

• Gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers and third-party vendors.

• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support decisions on new system implementations.

• Provide daily functional support for HR applications and resolve complex system-related issues.

• Actively contribute to multiple HR projects as a team member.

• Bridge communication between business stakeholders, developers, and vendors.

• Focus on enhancing the efficiency of onboarding/offboarding workflows globally through ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of global HR processes, especially related to employee onboarding and offboarding.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and design high-quality technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience in delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Contract & Compensation Details:

• Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

• Type: W2 Contract

• Rate: $60 – $65/hour (approx. $9600 – $10400/month)

• Schedule: Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST)
