The Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications and implemented through effective system solutions. The position demands strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with business units to define business needs and priorities.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.

• Perform and document cost-benefit analyses to support business cases for new development projects.

• Manage work plans to ensure timely completion of functional deliverables.

• Develop proposals to address complex business challenges with appropriate technological solutions.

• Analyze workflow improvements and potential cost reductions to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

• Prepare preliminary user requirements and oversee documentation for delivered systems.

• Participate in requirements inspections and post-implementation reviews to assess fulfillment of project goals.

• Assist in the creation of training programs and materials to enhance user adoption of new or enhanced applications.

• Perform related duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience and education).

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive, directly related experience in business analysis or systems analysis.

• Strong knowledge of applicable programming languages and project management concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to write detailed functional and technical specifications.

• Effective communication skills (oral and written) and ability to collaborate as a team player.

• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently.
