Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National Security Segment to provide business transformation and change management support for an emergency management client. Our management consulting professionals help our clients identify, evaluate, and solve some of their most complex challenges, assisting them in achieving their strategic goals and objectives to fulfill their mission and comply with Federal laws and regulations. Individuals will be engaged in a diverse set of project-specific tasks covering a broad set of business transformation and change management capabilities, including:

  • Supporting a team that facilitates strategic leadership alignment workshops and planning
  • Supporting a team that documents existing business processes and designs new processes to improve the operations of an organization
  • Supporting a team to consolidate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data of operational customer, and employee data to support data-driven decision-making
  • Supporting a team to present insights and recommendations for client prioritization and investment
  • Supporting a team that develops and presents recommended plans of action
  • Supporting a team that conducts customer experience assessments and collects voice of the customer data based on OMB requirements
  • Supporting customer journey mapping, customer journey design, and roadmap development
  • Supporting the development of a Customer Experience Self-Assessment as defined by OMB Circular A-11 Section 280
  • Supporting the socialization of cultural and management transformational requirements
  • Supporting trainings on new business processes and operating model
  • Supporting implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term approved recommendations
  • Supporting a team to assess clients’ learning and development needs, develop trainings, and facilitate strategy and ideation sessions on organizational and strategic priorities
  • Mentoring and supporting clients through process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to support and contribute to high performing teams with a high standard for quality
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively
  • Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior executive level clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exudes professionalism, is flexible, and has a positive attitude
  • Must be collaborative and inclusive of all backgrounds and opinions
